Famed New York jewellery designer Alexis Bittar began selling his collections on the streets of New York where he was discovered by a director of the famous New York cultural gallery, the Guggenheim.  Named as the Accessory Rising Star in 2004 by the Accessories Council of America, Alexis Bittar designs are now sported by many celebrities. Bittar’s pieces are fresh and colourful and have inspired a change in the way that people look at their adornments.
