Designer Stefano Pilati once again maintains the YSL classics, updating them for the 21st century and making them wardrobe staples. This season the legendary designer steered the house towards modern elegance and took a creative approach to tailoring promoting new volumes and asymmetrical lines. 

Jean Brown Robe is the only Australian retailer of Yves Saint Laurent clothing and will showcase pieces straight from the runway boasting pieces which incorporate this season’s hero, the star motif. This season’s looks also conveyed a preppy feel with jackets, and sweatshirts making a minimalist statement. This modern approach was further enhanced by Pilati’s use of muted tones of grey and beige.

YSL’s reinvention of the classic also crossed to their accessories line with the introduction of the much-anticipated Majorelle and Muse 2 handbags and colourful woven wedges in vibrant colours such as sea blue.
